Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in our Trenton, NJ center. The role involves direct one-on-one work with children, following tailored treatment plans designed to improve skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job (standing, lifting, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, one-on-one with children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Engage with children and support their development during sessions.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
