Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA in Somers Point, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement individualized treatment plans with children, supporting daily progress and engagement on site.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• May involve standing, walking, bending and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor and document client progress; participate in team meetings and supervision.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
