Responsibilities include leading staff, developing and implementing behavior support plans, providing training, completing documentation, and contributing to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience leading a team of behavioral support specialists.
• Knowledge of behavior support strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of behavioral support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement behavior support plans
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior support strategies
• Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the organization's mission and values
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to behavior support services
• Provide direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities as required
