Job summary

Sycamore Services seeks a Co-Lead for Behavior Support Services to oversee program operation, quality, compliance, and continuity. You will guide the development of individualized Behavior Support Plans and mentor Behavior Clinicians while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure plans align with policy and best practices, and report to the supervising Director. Indiana-based, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Support Plans.
• Proven supervisory/mentoring experience with clinical staff.
• Ability to work across locations and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, and coaching to Behavior Clinicians.
• Ensure timely service delivery, compliance, and quality standards across the program.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations with the supervising Director.
• Lead data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
