Job summary

ViaQuest in Dayton, OH is seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist Team Lead to supervise a team delivering services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work with the program director to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing behavior support plans, training staff, ensuring quality documentation, and participating in policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience leading a team of behavioral support specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of behavioral support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior support strategies.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the organization's mission and values.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures related to behavior support services.
• Provide direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed.
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities as required.
