Job summary

Sycamore Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is seeking Co-Leads of Behavior Support Services to oversee the operation, quality, compliance, and continuity of the program.

You will direct the development and implementation of individualized Behavior Support Plans reflecting the needs and daily activities of individuals served, while supervising Behavior Clinicians and maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure timely documentation, and escalate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading and supervising clinical or behavior-support staff.
• Ability to oversee regulated human-services programs, monitor documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, coaching, and work direction to Behavior Clinicians.
• Collaborate with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary teams to identify needs and plan services.
• Monitor compliance with state/federal requirements, accreditation standards, and agency policy.
• Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans and data-collection systems.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and competency development for staff.
• Promote culture and team accountability in alignment with agency values.
