Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Arizona teaching or special education certification is required.
• Three years of experience in behavior intervention, coaching, or related services are required.

• Implements evidence-based behavioral strategies per BACB guidelines.
• Develops and monitors tiered PBIPs and reinforcement systems.
• Collaborates with behavior analysts on complex tier 3 cases requiring FBA or intensive programming.
• Supports classroom teachers in routines, expectations, and data-driven management.
• Reviews progress-monitoring data to evaluate and adjust interventions.
