Qualifications

• Ability to administer, score, and interpret psychological tests.
• Reliable transportation for travel between work sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BSPs (Behavior Support Plans).
• Provide training and coaching to direct support professionals and teams.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align supports with preferences and needs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and review records to inform strategies.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with regulations and standards.
