Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C license.
• Good standing with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Clinical experience addressing behavioral, emotional, or social needs.
• Knowledge of positive behavioral supports and person-centered planning.
• Ability to develop clear, measurable clinical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for individuals receiving DDA services.
• Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans based on assessments.
• Provide ongoing behavioral consultation to participants and teams.
• Train staff and caregivers on plan implementation and data collection.
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
