Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health-related field.
• 2–5 years experience in behavioral support services.
• Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Dual Diagnosis, Person Centered Thinking, Trauma Informed Care; group facilitation and staff mentoring a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation and assessment for BSP/RPP.
• Develop BSP/RPP plans integrated with Person Driven approach.
• Train and mentor staff and families on BSP/RPP.
• Implement and monitor BSP/RPP activities.
• Collect and analyze data; update progress documentation.
• Participate in ISP annual reviews and training sessions.
• Attend relevant medical/therapy appointments as needed.
• Ensure human rights protections and compliance with regulations.
