Job summary
Person Driven Clinical Solutions is seeking a licensed professional to evaluate and develop Behavior Support Plans and Restrictive Procedure Plans for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. You will collect data, observe behaviors, and collaborate with families to tailor BSPs that promote independence and safety.

Qualifications
- Excellent writing, documentation, and record keeping for behavioral plans.
- Two to five years of behavioral support services experience.
- Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Dual Diagnosis, Person Centered Thinking, Trauma Informed Care.
- Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and written treatment plans.
- Strong communication and inter-professional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluation / assessment for BSP or RPP needs.
- Collect and evaluate behavioral data; observe individuals in settings.
- Develop BSP/RPP with family and team input.
- Create and monitor behavioral data tracking tools and progress notes.
- Review BSP/RPP annually and facilitate ISP trainings.
- Attend as needed in psychiatric, medical, and therapy appointments.
- Ensure human rights documentation and compliance.
