Person Driven Clinical Solutions in Reading, PA seeks a Behavior Specialist to lead BSP/RPP development, data collection, and collaborative planning with families and teams. The role requires care-focused, evidence-based approaches and adherence to client-centered goals.

As a full-time professional, you will train staff, implement plans, and monitor outcomes, contributing to meaningful improvements in clients’ daily lives and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, special education, counseling or health-related fields.
• 2–5 years of behavioral support services experience.
• Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Dual Diagnosis and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop BSP/RPP for individuals.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data; observe in multiple settings.
• Collaborate with families and teams to create BSP/RPP.
• Develop positive interventions and monitor progress.
• Train and mentor staff on behavior support plans.
