Job summary

Person Driven Clinical Solutions in Reading, PA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans and collaborate with families and care teams to promote independence and well-being.

You will perform functional assessments, collect data, train staff, and participate in interdisciplinary reviews to ensure humane, person-centered supports while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a health-related field.
• 2–5 years of behavioral support services experience.
• Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Dual Diagnosis, Person Centered Thinking, Trauma Informed Care.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills; experience with FBA and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop BSP/RPP after evaluation and needs assessment.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data and observe individuals in settings.
• Collaborate with families and teams to implement BSP/RPP.
• Train staff and mentor families on behavior support plans.
• Maintain and update behavioral data tracking tools and progress notes.
• Ensure BSP/RPP compliance with human rights and ISP reviews.
