Person Driven Clinical Solutions (PDCS) is recruiting a Behavior Specialist to evaluate behavioral needs, develop individualized BSPs and RPPs, and mentor staff across Indiana and Armstrong Counties, PA. The role emphasizes person-driven planning, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with families.

You will lead comprehensive assessments, implement interventions, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting rights and ongoing training for teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling or other health related field.
• 2–5 years of behavioral support services experience.
• Excellent communication and written documentation skills; FBA & treatment plans exp.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation and assessment for BSP/RPP needs.
• Develop individualized BSP/RPP integrating person driven approaches.
• Train and mentor staff on BSP/RPP implementation.
• Implement strategies from BSP/RPP and monitor progress.
• Collect and analyze data on challenging behaviors and update tools.
• Review BSP/RPP annually or with CR requests and coordinate signatures.
• Attend ISP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Protect individuals' human rights and support compliance with regs.
