Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field is required.
• MSW, Psychology/ABA or LPCC track is acceptable.
• Special Education background is a plus.
• Exempt status with a 40-hour work week is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 positive support to individuals with behavioral needs.
• Conduct functional assessments and help develop person-centered plans.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress.
• Train and collaborate with staff and caregivers.
• Monitor and adjust support plans based on client outcomes.
• Support clients in building coping and daily living skills.
