Job summary

Affinity Residential Care LLC in Bloomington, MN seeks a dedicated professional to provide 1:1 positive support to individuals with behavioral needs. The role emphasizes functional assessments, data-driven plan development, and evidence-based strategies.

You will train staff, monitor client outcomes, and adjust support plans while collaborating with the Director of Intervention Services. A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field is required, with MSW, psychology/ABA, LPCC

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field is required.
• MSW, Psychology/ABA or LPCC track is acceptable.
• Special Education background is a plus.
• Exempt status with a 40-hour work week is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 positive support to individuals with behavioral needs.
• Conduct functional assessments and help develop person-centered plans.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress.

About this position

Description:

Position Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
Reports To: Director of Intervention Services
Salary: $60,000 - $64,480 annually
FLSA: Exempt
