EMPACT-SPC is seeking a Behavior Management Specialist to support adolescents and families in homes, schools, and community settings. The role emphasizes behavior management, parent partnering, and collaboration with multi-agency teams, with some evening hours and flexible scheduling.

You will work with schools and community partners to facilitate groups and activities promoting independent living and healthier lifestyles for youths, while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with behavior management techniques.
• BHT level preferred by AZDHS/BHS.
• Experience with at-risk adolescents preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with emphasis on behavior management to adolescents and families in homes, schools, and community.
• Facilitate groups and activities to promote independent living and healthy community engagement.
• Collaborate with Children and Family Team process and other teams; meet deadlines and maintain records.
