Job summary

Applied Counseling Consulting Services (ACCS) seeks a Behavioral Support Specialist to work with clients in home and community settings. You will implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and ISPs, collaborating with treatment teams to enhance client outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or PA license) with BCBA supervision available; evenings/weekends may be required. Flexible scheduling, training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required for role.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) or BCBA supervision offered.
• Ability to adapt to various work, social and interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized and comprehensive plans using positive strategies.
• Conduct FBAs to inform support strategies.
• Track effectiveness of Behavior Support Plans and adjust accordingly.
• Complete direct care visits and telephone consultations.
• Maintain detailed daily data and notes for each client.
