Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge of psychiatric nursing care practices and medications where certified or licensed.
• Ability to apply behavioral modification and de-escalation techniques.
• Experience with emergency response and safety procedures in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring residents' treatment plans.
• Observe and report residents' condition and behavior; maintain safety.
• Assist with daily living activities and housekeeping tasks.
• Provide basic first aid and respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies.
• Complete routine clerical tasks and maintain patient records.
