Person Driven Clinical Solutions, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Specialist in Indiana and Armstrong Counties, PA to evaluate needs, develop BSP/RPP, and collaborate with families and teams. You will collect data, monitor plans, and ensure rights while partnering with interdisciplinary teams.

You will train staff, integrate practice-based evidence, and participate in annual ISP reviews, ensuring person-driven care and comprehensive documentation across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, special education, counseling or health-related field.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills with focus on FBA and treatment plans.
• Experience in developing and implementing BSP/RPP and data-driven interventions.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and families on behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation and assessment for BSP or RPP needs.
• Develop BSP/RPP integrating person-driven approaches and evidence-based practices.
• Train and mentor staff on the behavior support plan and preferences.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust BSP/RPP activities and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data; maintain progress documentation and trends.
• Review ISP annually and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
