Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with Autism/ID/DD.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or ABA.
• PA Behavior Specialist License or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; background checks.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants and collaborate with family to develop and implement a positive behavior support plan.
• Complete FBAs with functional assessments of presenting issues.
• Conduct training related to behavior support plan implementation with staff, families and caretakers.
• Complete required paperwork: data collection, progress reports and annual planning material.
