Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to work with adults in need of behavioral support services. The role involves observing participants, collaborating with families, and developing individualized behavior support plans.

The position requires a master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or ABA, or a PA Behavior Specialist License, plus 2+ years of related experience. Valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or IDD.
Must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA, or PA Behavior Specialist License.
FBA training and Post Test Certification required or willingness to complete during application.

Responsibilities

Observe participants in various settings and collaborate with families to develop and implement behavior support plans.
Complete FBAs by conducting functional assessments of presenting issues.
Provide training on behavior support plan implementation to staff, participants, and families.
Complete required paperwork including data collection, progress reports, and annual planning materials.
