Job summary
A community support organization based in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Complete state training for Functional Behavioral Assessments and willing to complete certification during application process.
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
Observe participants and collaborate on behavior support plans.
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and FBAs.
Train staff and family members on behavior support plan implementation.
Complete necessary paperwork for data collection and reporting.
