Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Complete state training for Functional Behavioral Assessments and willing to complete certification during application process.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants and collaborate on behavior support plans.
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and FBAs.
• Train staff and family members on behavior support plan implementation.
• Complete necessary paperwork for data collection and reporting.
