Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Education required.
• Specialized training in problematic sexualized behavior required.
• Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data.
