Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to support individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities in community settings.

You will work with families and team members to implement evidence-based behavior support plans. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, training staff and caretakers, and documenting progress through data collection and reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or ABA or PA Behavior Specialist License is required.
• FBA experience required or willingness to complete training during application process.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants and collaborate with family and team to develop and implement a behavior support plan.
• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) with comprehensive assessments of presenting issues.
• Provide training on behavior support plan implementation to staff, families, and caretakers.
• Complete required paperwork for data collection, progress reports, and annual planning materials.
