Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to work with adults with special needs. You will observe participants, conduct FBAs, train staff and families, and handle data-driven progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Completed training conducting and using a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), and Post Test Certification, or willingness to complete during application.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle registration, and auto insurance for vehicles used to provide services.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet participant needs including communication, mobility, and behavioral requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants in various settings and collaborate with family and team to develop behavior support plans.
• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) through comprehensive assessments.
• Provide training on implementing behavior support plans to staff, families, and caretakers.
• Complete required paperwork including data collection, progress reports, and annual planning materials.
