Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Certified Behavioral Special Education Teachers for the Bandera, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on direct instructional support, behavioral interventions, and collaboration with campus staff to implement PBIS and IEP-aligned strategies.

The position involves working with students with disabilities, participating in ARD meetings, and delivering coaching to campus staff on behavior management, with a focus on trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field.
• Texas teaching certificate in Core Subjects with STR and Special Education EC-6.
• CPI certification or equivalent preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to implement behavior plans.
• Deliver professional development and coaching on behavior management and PBIS.

Education
