• Delivers training on basic living skills per treatment goals.
• Completes weekly summaries per program guidelines.
• Recognizes crisis states and employs de-escalation or restraint per policy.
• Collaborates effectively with treatment team members.
• Models appropriate behavior and supports consumer dignity and privacy.
