Join to apply for the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) ABA role at REACHING BEYOND LIMITS.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to provide excellent service, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and liaise with Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, and Supports Coordination Units to support client goals.

Essential Job Duties

1. Develop and implement ABA strategies for adults with autism and dual diagnoses.
2. Administer individualized, evidence-based programs to improve social functioning, communication, and quality of life.
3. Assist in developing interventions, functional behavior assessments, ABA tools, and behavior plans.
4. Create training materials for staff and clients with challenging behaviors.
5. Develop communication systems for nonverbal individuals.
6. Conduct workshops and training sessions on ABA therapy and related topics.
7. Provide behavior therapy across various environments including home, school, workplace, and community settings.
8. Flex schedule to accommodate families' availability outside regular hours.
9. Participate in bi-monthly supervision with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
10. Have reliable transportation and willingness to use your vehicle for work-related appointments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance.
• Experience with individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities is preferred.
