The Director of RCM is a work-from-home, full-time employee position reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success. This is a salaried position with full benefits and is US-based.
Develop, direct, and manage the full RCM lifecycle: claims submission, payment posting, A/R collections, and denial resolution.
Establish and implement workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate and integrate technology tools to support scalability and compliance.
Work with leadership to determine team structure and needs
Manage team performance
Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program, including audits and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual guidelines.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including denial rates, A/R aging, and collection efficiency.
Develop and distribute monthly performance reports to leadership and customers.
You are located and able to be employed in the United States
You have substantial experience with revenue cycle management
You enjoy being creative, entrepreneurial, and a strong leader
You’ve thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
You have solid knowledge of ABA or a related field, and how revenue is collected
You have a high level of organization, time management, and self-initiative while working independently from a home office
