Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Human Services, Direct Care and Treatment division, seeks a Behavioral Services Supervisor to oversee Behavior Assistants, support treatment planning, and drive program development in AMRTC. Qualifications

Licensure in MN (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or BCBA)
Three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing behavioral health clinical services
Demonstrated leadership experience (supervisor, team lead, or committee chair)
Project lead or equivalent leadership development experience may be included

Responsibilities

Hiring, interviewing, oversight, supervision, and training of Behavior Assistants
Grow the skill set and confidence of supervised staff and enhance services to clients
Provide guidance, consultation, and project management for treatment planning and program development
Coordinate and contract manage a variety of client-focused services
