Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years of administrative, program coordination, or health services experience.
• Ability to manage front desk operations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-desk operations for the Lynnwood Healing Center.
• Serve as on-site administrative contact for CBS leadership.
• Support Washington expansion: site readiness, tasks, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain Lynnwood policies, procedures, and workflows.
