Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a senior role to lead the application of behavioral science within our strategic customer experience portfolio. You will translate theory, evidence, and analytics into practical solutions that improve engagement, health behaviors, and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree strongly preferred in Behavioral Science, Health Psychology, Public Health or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral science support from discovery through evaluation for assigned initiatives.
• Develop work plans/roadmaps with cross-functional team members.
• Manage day-to-day activities to achieve KPIs and OKRs of the team.
• Identify dependencies/risks and guide with oversight from director.
• Support stakeholder engagement across key deliverables.
• Conduct literature reviews and triangulate findings with analytics and research findings.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses to understand behavioral patterns and intervention effectiveness.
• Develop theories of change and logic models linking activities to health outcomes.
• Identify risks that may affect intervention quality or adoption.
• Collaborate to develop behaviorally informed interventions and messaging.
• Develop internal frameworks to scale behavioral science across BSWH.
