Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an experienced Behavioral Science Manager to lead the application of behavioral science within its strategic customer experience portfolio. The role translates theory, evidence, and analytics into practical solutions that improve engagement, health behaviors, and outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to apply behavioral design and evaluate impact. You will support the Behavioral Science Director, advance the function with scientific rigor,

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree preferred in Behavioral Science, Health Psychology, Public Health, Behavioral Economics, or related field.
• Experience in digital health preferred.
• Strong organizational, energetic, and creative thinking.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional, virtual projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral science support from discovery through evaluation for customer experience and digital health initiatives.
• Develop work plans and roadmaps with cross-functional teams to support execution of recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day activities, KPIs and OKRs of the team.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and provide guidance with oversight from the Director.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver behaviorally informed interventions and messaging.
• Develop internal frameworks and methodologies to scale behavioral science across the organization.
