Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a senior Behavioral Scientist to translate behavioral theory, evidence, and analytics into practical solutions that improve customer engagement and health outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to apply behavioral design, identify barriers, and develop change theories.

The role supports the Behavioral Science Director, ensuring scientific rigor and alignment across the organization, with potential mentorship for junior staff.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Behavioral Science, Health Psychology, Public Health, Behavioral Economics, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
• 5 Years of Experience in related roles or settings is required or highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral science support from discovery through evaluation for customer experience and digital health initiatives.
• Develop work plans and roadmaps with cross-functional team members to support implementation of strategic recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day activities to achieve deliverables, KPIs, and OKRs of the behavioral science team.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and provide direction under the Behavioral Science Director's guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop behaviorally informed interventions, messaging, workflows, prompts, and digital experiences.
