Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines.
  • Proficient analytical skills and adaptability to various tech systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with study start-up, protocol coordination, and close-out activities.
  • Maintain adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure effective implementation of research projects.
  • Support development, implementation, and tracking of studies with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in preparing protocols, informed consents, recruitment materials, modifications, renewals, and study documentation.
  • Identify, recruit, and guide eligible participants through the informed consent/assent process.
  • Assist in delivering behavioral interventions and arranging study visits; provide instructions to participants and families.
  • Abstract data from medical records and enter into REDCap; prepare data for analysis.
  • Create and update research-related forms, templates, and manage participant reimbursements.
  • Conduct literature searches, assist with QA/QC procedures, and track deadlines for grants and deliverables.
  • Promote the ethical conduct of research by participating in research meetings/conferences.
  • Other job functions as assigned.
