Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a pediatric congenital heart disease study focused on health behaviors, psychosocial functioning and healthcare experiences. You will recruit, consent and enroll adolescents and adults, coordinate visits, manage study data and assist with qualitative interviews; in-person work is required.

The role emphasizes adherence to ICH/GCP, regulatory binder maintenance and collaboration with the PI and sub-investigators

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, consents and enrolls subjects according to protocol and regulations; acts as patient/family advocate.
• Collects, manages and ensures accurate data collection and CRF completion; maintains regulatory binder.
• Schedules and coordinates study visits with hospital services and study team; documents data accurately.
• Prepares and processes specimens; conducts CRFA and data quality controls.
• Ensures subject safety and reports deviations or termination requests per SOPs.
