Redwood Family Care Network's SAILS Washington unit in Olympia, WA seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or equivalent) to lead behavior analysis and program development. The role focuses on PBSP creation, data-driven plan adjustments, and staff training.

The candidate must hold BCBA or equivalent licenses, possess three years of supervisory experience, and work within state licensing standards to deliver person-centered services in community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related fields.
• Fingerprints and criminal clearance required before start date.
• Driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Washington SAILS training program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop initial PBSP and update as client needs change.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train direct staff on PBSP and review data weekly for accuracy.
• Provide training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
