California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will work closely with a clinical team to build communication, social, and self-help skills.

The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting progress data, and supporting treatment programs in multiple environments. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
• Mileage reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive time compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma –REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
