Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is seeking warm, motivated staff to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents. The role starts part-time (15–20 hours per week) with a clear path to fuller hours as needs grow.

You''ll implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and support programs in home and school settings. Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
