Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is seeking warm, motivated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. This role begins part-time with 15–20 hours per week and offers pathways to full-time based on center needs and your availability.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and support treatment programs at home and school.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test and criminal background check with fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish language ability strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.

Compensation, Availability & Benefits

• Competitive pay:$22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Qualifications
