Behavioral Interventionists at ChOICE Academy play a critical role in supporting youth within an integrated educational and mental health setting. Through consistent supervision, structured behavioral programming, and relationship-based interventions, you help students strengthen academic engagement, develop positive peer relationships, and build independence in daily living skills. Your work supports students across classroom, treatment, and community environments, creating stability and opportunity for growth. Behavioral Interventionists frequently move throughout the building and outdoor spaces and provide consistent supervision for students with challenging behaviors. Team members work collaboratively and provide coverage for one another as needed to maintain continuity of care.
