Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, respectful, responsible, and inclusive learning environment by supporting students and working proactively to reduce behavioral difficulties.
• Implements behavioral response procedures.
• Provides crisis intervention and support, as necessary.
• Utilizes physical management techniques in compliance with CPI procedures.
• Acts with classroom team to develop and implement behavioral interventions and plans for students.
• Collects and analyzes daily behavioral data.
• Maintains student attendance and lunch count data daily.
• Monitors and participates in school activities, modeling positive social interactions.
