Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successful completion of a drug test.
• Successful pass of a national background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff and provide administrative support for patient care.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and nursing station cleanliness.
• Maintain patient charts, scheduling, and unit communications.
• Mentor new staff and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support milieu management and clinical supervision as needed.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety and hygiene education.
