Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from appointments and activities.
• Escort and assist admissions and discharges as needed.
• Ensure passengers wear seatbelts before starting the vehicle.
• Drive facility vehicle to pick up supplies or equipment as required.
• Respond to on-call schedule and document transportation activities.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance issues.
• Keep vehicles clean and functional and provide professional service.
