Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year in a mental health care setting preferred (e.g., MH Technician or CNA).
• Must have Chauffeur's license and be at least 25 years old.
• Education in a mental health field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Transports clients to and from the facility and their residence.
• Maintains a current chauffeur's license.
• Maintains and cleans the company vehicle; schedules maintenance.
• Documents vehicle maintenance on daily/monthly checklists.
• Develops rapport with clients and caregivers to support treatment.
• Monitors program rules to maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Ensures effective communication with clients, families, and the treatment team.
