Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across behavioral health operations, finance, contracting, technology, analytics, and provider relations.
• Develop recommendations to improve access, quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Design new operational models to identify, prioritize, and connect high-need individuals to care.
• Develop innovative provider incentives and performance management approaches.
• Partner with providers, MCOs, and agencies to implement major system improvements.
• Create executive analyses, financial models, and presentations for decision-making.
• Establish implementation plans, governance, milestones, and performance measures.
• Recruit, develop, and lead multidisciplinary teams as new capabilities form.
