Job summary

Family Services, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Training and Internship Supervisor to lead onboarding, clinical training, and intern supervision across our Behavioral Health centers.

The role partners with leadership to design training modules, update materials, and coordinate EHR-related workflows for clinicians and interns. The supervisor also builds relationships with colleges to expand the internship pipeline and recruits candidates with the goal of transitioning interns into clinicians

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or LCSW licensure in NY.
• Minimum 2 years' post-licensure experience in clinical training or supervision.
• Experience coordinating internships and partnerships with colleges.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical onboarding and training programs for Behavioral Health staff and interns.
• Develop and deliver onboarding materials, workflows, and competencies.
• Coordinate internship program from recruitment through completion; liaise with schools.
• Provide weekly supervision to clinical interns and evaluate progress with schools.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health leadership and SMEs to design training modules.
