Job summary

Family Services, Inc. in Poughkeepsie, NY seeks a Behavioral Health Training and Internship Supervisor. The role oversees clinical onboarding, develops training modules, and manages internship programs across all Behavioral Health sites.

Expect collaboration with leadership, SMEs, and HR to design learning experiences and ensure quality in clinical practice. The position requires LMSW/LCSW licensure with at least two years of post-licensure training or supervision.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LMSW or LCSW
• LMSW must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical training and/or supervision post licensure

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs through evaluations, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder input
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and deliver clinical training
• Create, organize, plan, and present onboarding and skills training for staff and interns
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new Behavioral Health clinicians, including training workflows and documentation expectations
• Create training materials and manuals, and present programs using diverse formats
• Counsel and supervise clinical interns, recruit and onboard interns with the objective of hiring clinicians
• Monitor interns progress, provide feedback and evaluations, and address performance concerns with partners
