Spring Mountain Treatment Center is seeking a dynamic professional for the Behavioral Health Training Coordinator position. This role involves overseeing the training and ongoing development of mental health professionals, facilitating structured group training activities, conducting re-education sessions, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. Additional responsibilities include providing hands-on instruction to maintain staff proficiency and ensuring quality patient-centered support.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive training programs addressing behavioral health, crisis intervention, and prevention.
  2. Assess staff training needs to identify knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies.
  3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, engaging participants effectively.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and deliver training, ensuring compliance.
  5. Implement evaluation measures to assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
  6. Maintain accurate records of training activities and generate reports on outcomes.
  7. Provide recommendations for training program development.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of personnel records and facility issues.
  9. Assist in implementing special treatment procedures as per policies.
  10. Develop communication skills with patients, visitors, and team members.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
